以服务设计为导向的客家婚俗手工皂礼品创新设计研究
摘 要：本文调研客家礼俗概况，规划客家婚俗服务设计蓝图，研究宾客、新人、组织人员三类群体行为特征，以服务设计在婚俗活动中产生的可能性以及接触点来分析总结。梳理客家文化元素和符号，运用于手工皂礼品的设计制作中，加强服务蓝图中亲朋情感连接的正面反馈，带动客家婚庆行业的发展，促进客家文化的生态文明发展和非物质文化传承。

Abstract：Study the hakka custom situation, planning hakka marriage customs service blueprint, study the group behavior characteristics of guests, newcomers and organizational personnel,with the possibility of service design in marriage customs activities as well as the contact point to analysis summary. Combing the hakka culture elements and symbols,which are applied in the design and production of handmade soap gifts to strengthen the positive feedback of the emotional connection between relatives and friends in the service blueprint and drive the development of hakka wedding industry.Promote the ecological civilization development of hakka culture and non-material cultural heritage.
