以需求为导向的生态农业旅游服务设计策略研究

摘 要:本文探索服务设计方法对生态农业旅游的指导作用,并依据服务前、中、后的用户体验流程,提出感官、行为和情感三方面的设计策略。通过对目标旅游用户的问卷调研,初步得出用户群体特征,并进一步构建用户旅程地图,深入挖掘用户需求,明确用户接触点的行为与情绪,找到用户的痛点与期望值,以此为依据提出生态农业旅游服务设计策略。通过引入服务设计的研究方法,重构人们对生态农业旅游的认知,为生态农业旅游的发展提供新的研究方向及研究思路。

Abstract: Exploring the guiding role of service design methods in eco-agricultural tourism, and proposing design strategies of sensory, behavior and emotion according to the user experience process before, during and after service. Through the questionnaire survey of the target tourism users, the user group characteristics are preliminarily derived, and the user journey map is further constructed, the user needs are deeply explored, the behavior and emotions of the user contact points are clarified, and the pain points and expected values of the users are found. By introducing the research method of service design, we reconstruct people's cognition of eco-agriculture tourism and provide new research directions and research ideas for the development of eco-agriculture tourism.
