“乐龄”与“生态养老”理念下的嵩口古镇老年协会活动中心改造设计研究
摘 要：在全球老龄化形势严峻的大背景下，中国农村的老龄化问题，以及养老压力等社会问题，亟待研究与应对。相较于城市社区老年活动中心的普及，我国农村地区的老年协会活动中心及其社会保障功能基本处于半瘫痪状态。农村老年保障的公共设施建设不完善等原因，导致我国农村老年人生活质量和福利水平严重滞后。本文以福州市永泰县的嵩口古镇老年协会活动中心改造计划为设计案例，分析研究农村养老问题以及老年活动中心社区工作，从“乐龄”“生态养老”等角度出发，试图结合当地文化特色，完善农村老年协会活动中心，改善农村养老服务问题。

Abstract：Under the serious background of the global aging situation, the problems of aging in rural areas and the social problems such as pension pressure need to be studied and dealt with urgently. Compared with the popularization of urban community activity centers for the elderly, the activity centers and their social security functions in rural areas of China are basically semi-paralyzed. Due to the imperfect construction of public facilities for rural old-age security, the quality of life and welfare level of rural elderly people in China are lagging behind. Based on the project of transforming the activity center of the old town of SongKou in YongTai County, Fuzhou city, this paper analyzes and studies the problems of the elderly in rural areas and the community work of the activity center for the elderly. Improving rural old-age services.
