基于用户行为触点的便携式旅行分装瓶设计

摘 要:文章选取旅行分装瓶的携带性设计为切入点,通过对用户行为触点的分析和研究,设计出方便用户出行携带的旅行分装瓶,为用户提供更加良好地旅行体验。首先,使用用户观察法对用户使用旅行分装瓶的行为进行分析;然后,识别用户在使用产品过程中的接触点,经层次分析法对触点优先级进行排序以确立便携式旅行分装瓶的设计方向;最后,根据设计方法将需求点转化为设计机会以构建便携式旅行分装瓶的设计框架。从用户行为触点出发,贴合用户对旅行分装瓶的实际使用需求,优化用户使用产品的关键部位,提升用户使用满意度。

Abstract:The article selects the portability design of travel bottling as the entry point,through the analysis and research of user behavior contacts,designed for travel bottling that is convenient for users to travel, providing users with a better travel experience. First,use user observation to analyze the behavior of users using travel bottling, then identify the contact points of the user during the use of the product,use AHP to sort contact priorities to establish the design direction of portable travel bottling,finally, according to the design method, the demand point is transformed into a design opportunity to construct a design framework for portable travel bottling.Starting from the user behavior contact, fits the user's actual use requirements for travel bottling, optimizes the key parts of the product, and improves user satisfaction.
