3D打印技术在游船造型设计中的应用

摘 要:为探索3D打印技术在游船造型设计中应用的有效性,优化3D打印游船实物模型的步骤与方法。在分析游船造型特征基础上,提出了3D打印技术在游船造型设计中的应用方式与流程。并以251客位45米双体游船为例,应用Rhino进行船舶建模和数据优化,进行3D打印技术设备与工艺选型、参数设置、3D打印。实践表明对于具有单件或小批量、体量大、造型复杂、材质多样化特点的船舶造型,需要培养面向3D打印技术原理的数字化建模思维,并配合恰当的工艺组合策略,才能有效发挥3D打印技术的优势。

Abstract:In order to explore the effectiveness of 3D printing technology in cruise ship modeling design, the steps and methods of 3D printing cruise ship physical model were optimized. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of cruise ship modeling, the application mode and process of 3D printing technology in cruise ship modeling design are put forward. Taking 251 passenger 45m Catamaran Cruise Ship as an example, Rhino is applied to ship modeling and data optimization, and 3D printing technology equipment and process selection, parameter setting and 3D printing are carried out. Practice shows that for ship modelling with the characteristics of single piece or small batch, large volume, complex modelling and diversified material, it is necessary to cultivate the digital modelling thinking oriented to the principle of 3D printing technology, and cooperate with appropriate process combination strategy, in order to give full play to the advantages of 3D printing technology.
