手持射钉紧固工具的相关人机要素分析及手柄设计

摘 要:射钉紧固技术是一种直接紧固的方法,广泛应用于冶金、建筑、安装工程等领域。随着社会的进步和对职业健康的关注度越来越高,手持射钉紧固工具的设计朝向更科学、安全和人性化的方向发展。本文从分析射钉器de 基本特性与使用特性分析入手,结合人机工程学的研究成果,对工具的尺寸、形态、重量、使用冲击振动以及其他等人机要素做了分析研究,对工具的人机设计提出了合理化建议,并针对现行的吊顶类射钉工具提出了改进设计方案。

Abstract:Powder actuated fastening technology is a new method of direct consolidation, which has been widely used in metallurgy, building, installation engineering and other fields,with the progress of the society and the increasing attention to the occupational health, the design of the hand-held powder actuated fastening instrument is developing towards more scientific, safe and humanized .Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics and use characteristics of the powder actuated fastening instrument, this paper analyzes and studies the size, form, weight, impact vibration and other human factors of the instruments, puts forward reasonable suggestions for the human machine design of the instruments, and puts forward an improved design scheme for the powder actuated fastening instrument on the current ceiling type.
