基于提升安全体验的窨井盖优化设计

摘 要:本文通过文献调研、实地调查、对比分析等方法获得现有窨井盖使用过程中的痛点,转化为设计需求,遵循安全性、人性化、环保性等原则设计一款窨井盖,使用3D打印机进行实物模型制作,最后使用专家评价法进行主观安全性评估。从提高窨井盖的安全性角度出发,在色彩搭配、造型设计、功能设计、结构设计、材料选用等多方面进行优化设计,结果表明优化后的窨井盖较现有的窨井盖安全性有较大提升,达到了提升窨井盖的安全体验的目的。

Abstract:Through the literature research, field investigation, comparative analysis and other methods to obtain the pain points in the use of the existing manhole cover, and into the design requirements, follow a safety, humanity, environmental protection and other principles to design a manhole cover, and use a 3D printer Model making, and finally using the expert evaluation method for subjective safety assessment. From the perspective of improving the safety of manhole cover, the optimization design is carried out in many aspects such as color matching, modeling design, material selection, function design and structural design. The results show that the optimized manhole cover has better safety than the existing manhole cover. Great improvement has achieved the goal of improving the safety experience of the manhole cover.
