基于设计思维的复杂信息系统界面设计研究
摘 要：随着当今互联网产业以及数字信息智能化技术的发展，信息系统从单一的功能指向性系统向多用户、多场景、多任务的复杂信息系统转变，在军工装备与民用领域得到了普及应用。通过设计出可用性强、用户体验良好的信息系统界面，降低用户认知负荷和出错率，提升用户的操作效率成为亟待解决的问题。本文针对复杂信息系统界面的特点进行分析，研究设计思维在复杂信息系统界面设计中的应用，以提升复杂信息系统界面的可用性与用户体验。

Abstract：With the development of Internet industry and intelligent digital information technology, information system has been transformed from a single functional system to a complex information system, which has been widely used in military equipment and civil fields. It becomes an urgent problem to reduce users' cognitive load and error rate and improve users' operation efficiency by designing an information system interface with strong usability and good user experience. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the complex information system, and studies the application of Design Thinking, so as to improve the usability and user experience of the complex information system.
