梳棉机外观参数化设计与评价研究

摘 要:本文旨在提出一套梳棉机参数设计的优化方案,以提升梳棉机外观设计的品质。基于等参增量方式,由主创作面驱动,采用参数化方法得到多组优化方案,运用层次分析法进行设计方案评价,得出每个方案的评价分值,实现多方案择优。结果得出九套梳棉机线型设计方案,基于简洁、统一、稳重、科技感四个语义评价变量,得到最优设计方案。该方法适用于解决产品研发过程中的参数化设计与多方案局部择优与决策的问题。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to propose a set of optimum design scheme of carding machine parameters in order to improve the quality of industrial design of carding machine products. Based on the equal parameter incremental method, driven by the main creative aspect, the parametric method is used to obtain multiple groups of schemes, and the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the design schemes, and the evaluation scores of each scheme are calculated to achieve local optimization. Result Nine carding machine line of prototype design schemes are finished. Based on the four semantic evaluation variables of conciseness, unity, stability and high-tech, the optimal design scheme is obtained.  This method is suitable for solving the problems of parametric design and multi-scheme local selection and decision-making in product development process.
