高职艺术类课程翻转课堂面临问题与教学方法研究

摘 要:面对高职艺术类学生就业难、就业层次偏低等问题,各种教学改革手段需引入课堂。翻转课堂教学有其独特的优势,在针对教学效果提升的流程性革命的翻转课堂教学下,学生学习积极性有所提升,然而学生就业所需的复合型、创新型技术技能提升仍然遇到瓶颈。文章根据高职艺术类人才定位,细分学生就业所需职业核心能力,从认识论出发审视目前翻转课堂教学的不足,并提出新的解决思路。

Abstract:In the face of the difficulties in employment of high-achieving art students and low employment levels, various teaching reform methods have been introduced into the classroom. Flipping classroom teaching has its unique advantages. Under the inverted classroom teaching of the process revolution for improving the teaching effect, students' learning enthusiasm has improved, but the composite and innovative technical skills required for student employment still encounter bottlenecks. According to the position of higher vocational art talents, the article breaks down the professional core competence of students' employment, and examines the shortcomings of the current flip classroom teaching from the epistemology and proposes new solutions.
