基于校企合作的多元人才培养模式研究

摘 要:近年来,国家教育部出台鼓励校企合作政策,并逐步在校企共建、产教融合、协同育人项目中实施,将企业资源融入高等教育教学中,缩小教育与企业之间距离,加大教学理论与企业应用实践的合作力度。本文着重探讨课程多元开发以及与企业创新创业的合作模式,研究与总结地方应用型艺术设计类本科的 校企合作方式与人才培养机制。

Abstract:In recent years, the Ministry of Education has promulgated a policy to encourage school-enterprise cooperation. It has been gradually implemented in school-enterprise co-construction, integration of industry and education, and collaborative education projects. Enterprise resources have been integrated into higher education teaching, narrowing the gap between education and enterprises, and increasing the cooperation between teaching theory and enterprise application practice. This paper focuses on the cooperation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship between environmental design specialty of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology and Dane College in the course of diversified development of enterprises, and studies and summarizes the cooperation mode and personnel training mechanism of local applied art and design undergraduate schools and enterprises.
