服务设计视角下浙江省博物馆儿童专区现状研究

摘 要:博物馆是儿童学习的绝佳场所,本文通过国内外博物馆儿童专区服务现象以及带来的思考,突出引入服务设计理念的必要性。围绕儿童感官体验、认知方式、学习动机构建了儿童专区用户价值、服务理念、接触点和增值活动四个服务指标体系,并以此为依托,借助问卷调查及对浙江省两个博物馆典型案例分析,明晰浙江省博物馆儿童专区服务设计现状。

Abstract:Museum is an excellent place for children to learn. This paper highlights the necessity of introducing the concept of service design through the phenomena and thinking of museum services for children at home and abroad. Based on children's sensory experience, cognitive style and learning motivation, this paper constructs four service indicators system: user value, service concept, contact point and value-added activities. With the help of questionnaire survey and analysis of typical cases of two museums in Zhejiang Province, it clarifies the current situation of service design of Zhejiang Museum's children's special area.
