儿童安全座椅共享服务的可行性分析
摘 要：面对我国儿童安全座椅购买率、使用率低的情况，引入共享服务的理念，为儿童安全座椅的使用和分配提出新的思路。运用SWOT分析法阐述儿童安全座椅共享服务的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。结合共享单车在我国的推广实例，对儿童安全座椅共享服务进行可行性分析，并提出儿童安全座椅共享服务的模式要素，为创新儿童安全座椅的服务模式提供新方向。

Abstract：Faced with the low purchase rate and low usage rate of child safety seats in China, the concept of sharing services was introduced to propose new ideas for the use and distribution of child safety seats. Use SWOT analysis to illustrate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of child safety seat sharing services. Combining the promotion examples of shared bicycles in China, the feasibility analysis of the child safety seat sharing service is carried out, and the model elements of the child safety seat sharing service are proposed, which provides a new direction for the innovative child safety seat service mode.
