黑瓜子立体晾晒机的设计研究

摘 要:针对黑瓜子平面晾晒占地面积大,干燥箱干燥使其品质极易受破坏,使得黑瓜子易出现“翘板”现象等问题,设计了一种黑瓜子立体晾晒机,运用Solid works软件绘制虚拟样机,进行模型验证,各零部件之间不存在干涉现象,并利用晒盘与水泥地进行了黑瓜子自然晾晒对比试验。结果表明:(1)该机充分地利用了空间位置,使有效晾晒面积提高2.83倍;(2)黑瓜子自然晾晒过程中“翘板”现象的出现率降低了10%~15%,保持了黑瓜子原有的品质。

Abstract:For the flat drying covers an area of big black melon seeds,and drying oven dry seed quality easy to damage,make the black melon seeds is easy to appear "become warped board" phenomenon,we design a stereo drying machine,black melon seeds using Solid works software rendering virtual prototype,model validation, there is no interference between parts phenomenon,and use the drying plate and concrete black melon seeds natural drying contrast test.The results show that:1)the machine makes full use of the space position to increase the effective drying area by 2.83 times;2)the occurrence rate of "warped plate" phenomenon in the natural drying process of black melon seeds was reduced by 10% ~ 15%,maintaining the original quality of black melon seeds.
