顾客感知视角下的绍兴民宿景观营造方式研究

摘 要:随着人们对旅游体验的追求,内心的返璞情怀日益浓厚,乡村旅游业得到了更全面的发展。绍兴传统村落由于快速城市化推进,乡村民宿紧随着旅游业的推动,获得了更多的重视,促使民宿得以多元化发展,满足游客对旅行的理想要求。本文以顾客感知视角为主导方向,进行相关理论的研究与整理。以绍兴周边地区的民宿为调研目标,从民宿景观与顾客感知这一大方向进行多方位的分析,归纳出绍兴民宿景观的特点、民宿景观对顾客感知体验的影响,以及目前景观在绍兴民宿中的不足,为民宿景观场所的营造提供参考。

Abstract:As people starts pursuing tourism experience with increasingly strong inner yearning for returning to the origin, rural tourism has obtained more comprehensive development. Due to rapid urbanization of Shaoxing traditional villages, rural homestay attracts more attention with the promotion of tourism has acquired diversified development and satisfied tourists’ ideal travel requirements.With the perspective of customer perception as the leading direction, this paper has conducted research and collation of relevant theories. With homestays in surrounding area of Shaoxing as the research objective, this paper has conducted multi-aspect analysis from the main direction of homestay landscape and customers' perception, summarized characteristics of the Shaoxing homestay landscape, the influence of homestay landscape on customers' perception experience, and inadequacies of current landscape in Shaoxing homestays, thus providing references for the construction of homestay landscape places.
