老龄化背景下满足老年人需求的室外健身设施设计研究
摘 要：随着我国老龄化趋势的日益加深，老年人口在中国总人口中的比列越来越大，关爱老年人以及如何让老年人颐养天年成了社会关心的主要问题之一。本文基于以人为本的设计思路，对老年人的生理、心理及行为特征进行了研究，并对目前我国社区室外健身设施的现状进行了分析，从中找出存在的问题。然后结合老年人的实际需求，提出一个合理的设计思路，以期使设计的产品能够更好地满足老年人的需要，给他们带来一个轻松愉快的使用体验。

Abstract：With the severe deepening of aging trend, the population of the aged is increasing tremendously in China. Caring the aged and giving them a plentiful life become one of the big issues. This article is based on the People Oriented design method, making research on the physical and mental features and behavior patterns of the aged, and analysing the general system of the outdoor fitness facilities in hopes of finding out the deficiency. By combining the requirement of the aged, the article is supposed to propose an appropriate design direction , expecting to meet the demands and better the experience of the aged in their daily exercises.
