电力二次保护插箱设计研究
摘 要：产品结构设计是为了实现产品各项功能而对产品内外部结构、形状特征的构想和定义。一个好产品必须要实用，功能是产品存在的理由，所以功能是设计的第一位，其次才是形状特征。一个好的结构设计并不是简单结构堆积，其中蕴含了很多表面并不凸显的要点。在产品生命周期的各阶段可能逐渐凸显这些优点，当然也有可能永远不会显现（比如某些安全预防功能）。结合笔者多年从事二次保护行业结构设计的经历，归纳概括电力二次保护插箱结构设计的一般思路。

Abstract：Product structure design is the conception and definition of internal and external structure and shape characteristics for the realization of various functions of the product.A good product must be practical, function is the reason for the existence of the product, so function is the first design, followed by shape characteristics.A good structural design is not a simple accumulation of structures, which contains many surface does not highlight the point.These advantages may gradually become apparent at various stages of the product life cycle, or they may never become apparent (For example, some safety precautions).Combined with the author's many years of experience in the structural design of secondary protection industry, this paper summarizes the general ideas of the design of secondary protection box junction.
