木工拼板胶容器改良设计研究

摘 要:本研究在遵循传统产品设计方法的基础上,增加了实体模型实验验证的流程,最终根据实验结果设计出更合理的拼板胶容器。实验证明:在生产中采用该拼板胶容器可以使胶液面高度值保持稳定;可以避免粘胶量过多和过少的情况发生;指接材横截面积(mm²)x与单根指接材胶水节省率y的多项式函数关系如下:y=-2E-0.8x2+1E-0.5x+0.4563。就公式来推算,若该拼板胶容器能够批量生产,并且应用于生产小幅面集成材的企业,尤其是地板厂加工企业,则节省效果会更加明显。

Abstract:Based on the traditional product design method, the flow of solid model experiment verification is added in this study. Finally, a more reasonable collage container is designed according to the experimental results. It has been proved by the experiment that the flat plate plastic container can keep the level of glue level stable and avoid too much or too little viscose in the production, and the results are as follows: (1) when the adhesive volume is too high and too little; The polynomial function relationship between the mm² x and the glue saving rate y of a single finger connector is as follows: y=-2E-0.8x2+1E-0.5x+0.4563. According to the formula, if the platen plastic container can be produced in batch, and it can be used in the production of small surface integrated material enterprises, especially the floor factory processing enterprises, then the saving effect will be more obvious.
