公共医疗服务类机器人的人性化设计研究
摘 要：本文阐述了公共医疗服务类机器人的产品特性，论述了人性化设计理念在公共医疗服务类机器人形态设计中的重要性，通过人性化设计理念对公共医疗服务类机器人形态设计进行分析，旨在为公共医疗服务类机器人形态设计提供可借鉴的设计方法。

Abstract：This paper expounds the product characteristics of public medical service robots, discusses the importance of humanized design concepts in the design of public medical service robots, and analyzes the public medical service robot shape design through humanized design concepts.
