产业化发展中的应急避难设施部品标准化研究
摘 要：中国地处两大地震带交汇板块，常年间不断遭受着地震灾害的侵袭，损失惨重。防灾防震工作越来越重要，因此，为震后受灾群众提供一个安全、合理的应急避难场所，以及相对设备较完善的应急避难设施，是应对地震灾害及余震的有效措施之一。当前，我国处于大力发展产业化生产的模式中，其中“部品”标准化设计在各个行业内的发展更是迅猛，对现代社会的产业化发展及其配套的应急避难设施部品标准化设计方法制定的推进工作具有积极的作用。本文从我国应急避难设施部品标准化的现存问题入手，针对应急避难设施的类别、规格、性能和认证提出了对发展我国应急避难设施部品标准化的措施和建议。

Abstract：China is located in two major seismic belt intersection plate, uninterrupted suffering from earthquake damage, heavy losses. Disaster prevention and shockproof work is becoming more and more important, providing a safe emergency shelter for the victims after the earthquake, as the same，the corresponding emergency shelter facilities, is one of the effective methods to do with disasters and aftershocks. At present, China is in the mode of vigorously developing industrial production, in which the development of "departmental quality" standard design is more rapid, to promote residential industrialization, facilities standardization has a positive role.Starting with the existing problems of standardization of emergency shelter facilities in China, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for the development of the standardization of emergency shelter facilities in China, aiming at the types, specifications, performance and certification of emergency shelter facilities.
