转向UXD:基于用户体验设计理念的教学实践转型的初步思考

摘 要:二十一世纪以来,设计、工程、技术以及商业领域的快速发展与融合使得设计学科在传统设计的基础上不断革新,但是当下设计创新的弱点是设计专业深入研究的精神和能力在流失。专业性的设计研究在深度、广度的不断挖掘理解,不断重新估价,有利于设计理论的完善,进一步作用于实践与商业社会,现代服务与模式相和谐。二十世纪,直线职能模式作为主流被国内设计企业与高等院校设计教育采用;进入新世纪后,部分设计企业和高等院校设计教育都提出了向UXD转型发展的战略思路。直线职能模式相当于行业价值链条的“点”,UXD则是“点”向“线”的变化,这种转变基于设计企业和高等院校的设计教育。

Abstract:Since the 21st century, the rapid development and integration of design, engineering, technology and business fields have made the design discipline innovate continuously on the basis of traditional design, but the weakness of design innovation is that the spirit and ability of in-depth research of design specialty are losing. Professional design research is beneficial to the perfection of design theory, the further effect on practice and commercial society, and the harmony between modern service and model. In the twentieth century, as the mainstream, the linear function model was adopted by domestic design enterprises and design education in Colleges and universities. After entering the new century, some design enterprises and design education in Colleges and universities have put forward the strategic thinking of transformation and development to UXD. Linear function model is equivalent to the "point" of industry value chain, while UXD is the change from "point" to "line", which is based on the design education of design enterprises and universities. Over the past decade, design enterprises have gradually merged with the full value chain of Engineering projects. It means that the design education in our colleges and universities needs to transform from the traditional design education concept to the new user experience design concept. Traditional design activities cover specialties such as export media, technology, engineering and commerce. With the emergence of Internet technology, especially Internet of Things technology, and the emergence of new design methods, the original boundaries of various specialties are blurred, and the re-positioning of the scope of the original specialty areas requires complementarity between disciplines and disciplines.
