基于情境感知的老人求助服务设计
摘 要：探讨了情境感知在老人求助服务设计中的应用，以期设计出更完善的求助服务体验。以养老院老人为例，运用情境感知理论和服务设计方法，分析求助服务流程中的用户痛点，获取老人基于不同情境的需求，并提出了针对养老院老人求助服务的设计策略。

Abstract：This article discusses the application of context-awareness in the service design of assistance for elderly people, designing better experience for users. Taking the elderly in nursing home as an example, the article analyzes the pain points of users in the service process by using the theory of context-awareness and the method of service design, obtains the needs of the elderly based on different context, and proposes the design strategy of assistance service for users.
