基于CUBI用户体验模型的智能音箱设计研究

摘 要:本文通过CUBI用户体验模型,引出对智能家居场景下智能音箱设计的研究,探讨在智能家居快速发展的趋势下智能音响的产品设计策略。并根据CUBI用户体验模型的理论,通过商业目标、用户需求、产品内容、交互方式这四个维度的分析,得出在智能家居场景下,智能音响的设计要点。并通过理论中四个维度的作用关系,得出了若干设计原则。这些要点和原则将有助于在新的智能家居场景下优化用户体验,并把智能音箱音的设计真正融入智能家居场景中。

Abstract:According to CUBI user experience model, this paper introduces the research on Intelligent speaker design in intelligent home scene, and discusses the product design strategy of intelligent speaker under the trend of rapid development of intelligent home. using the theory of CUBI user experience model,I analyses these four dimensions:business objectives, user needs, product content and interaction,To Figure out the key points of intelligent speaker design in the smart home scene.And according to the interaction pattern of these four dimensions, a number of design principles have been reached.These key points and principles will be beneficial to optimize the user experience in the new smart home scene and integrate the design of smart speaker sound into the smart home scene.
