移动端增强现实产品的加载设计研究

摘 要:为解决用户在使用移动端增强现实产品的过程中,因为长时间加载等待产生焦虑,导致体验中断的问题,探讨基于现有的硬件条件以及网络状态下,缓解负面情绪、让用户愉悦的加载页面设计的策略和方法。从移动端增强现实产品应用现状出发,剖析加载体验问题产生的原因,通过归纳梳理,提取影响和决定加载的关键特征,根据时间知觉理论,结合具体案例说明,推导出提升等待体验的设计策略。移动端增强现实产品加载可以通过对目标内容信息优化节省计算成本、针对整体性要求进行分步加载、设计符合三维体验的加载页面视觉呈现、让用户提前进入增强现实交互等方式进行设计,从而产出符合用户体验的产品,促进用户留存。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of users' anxiety and interruption of experience caused by long-time loading and waiting in the process of using mobile augmented reality products, the paper explores strategies and methods for loading page design that mitigate negative emotions and make users happy based on existing hardware conditions and network conditions. Starting from the current application situation of mobile augmented reality products, this paper analyzes the causes of the loading experience problem, extracts the key features that influence and determine the loading through induction and combing, and deduces the design strategy to improve the waiting experience according to the time perception theory and the specific case description. It is concluded that mobile augmented reality product loading can be designed by optimizing target content information to save calculation cost, step-by-step loading for the overall requirement, designing loading page visual presentation conforming to three-dimensional experience, and allowing users to enter augmented reality interaction in advance, so as to design products conforming to user experience and promote user retention.
