浅谈新中式设计发展思路及价值

摘 要:在全球一体化发展的时代,设计越来越承担着传达个体的价值与时代精神的功能。新中式设计概念的诞生源于全球一体化的时代背景、经济的发展、市场自发性的需求与传统文化意识的觉醒等因素的共同作用,但对于中国设计如何在保持传统文脉的基础上与做出与时代发展相适应的创新这一问题,中国设计界已探索了几十年。例如上个世纪,建筑设计大师梁思成曾提出建筑艺术形态划分以“中而新”为上品,“西而新”为次,“中而古”再次,“西而古”是下品中的下品,可见新中式设计就是“中而新”在当下设计语境中的延展。本文将从全球一体化的时代背景出发,阐述探索新中式设计对于现代中国特色生活方式的形成、本土设计特色与本土品牌意识建立的价值。

Abstract: In the era of global integration, design is increasingly assuming the function of conveying individual values and the spirit of the times. The birth of the new Chinese design concept originates from the co-action of the era background of global integration, economic development, spontaneous demand of market and awakening of traditional cultural consciousness. However, the Chinese design circle has explored for decades how to make innovations adapted to the development of the times on the basis of maintaining the traditional context of Chinese design. For example, in the last century, Liang Sicheng, a master architect, proposed that the division of architectural art forms should be based on "mid-new" as the top grade, "west-new" as the second grade, "mid-old" as the second grade and "west-old" as the second grade. It can be seen that the new Chinese design is the extension of "mid-new" in the current design context. Starting from the era background of global integration, this paper elaborates the value of exploring new Chinese design for the formation of modern Chinese characteristic lifestyle, local design characteristics and the establishment of local brand awareness.
