基于Kano模型的老年人代步车设计研究
摘 要：随着老龄化社会的日益严重，老年人的出行需求并未得到真正的重视和解决。通过对老年人用户的问卷、深入访谈等调研方式进行用户研究，对于用户的需求进行Kano模型和需求分析，最终确定用户满意程度较高的设计方案，以提高老年人代步车的轻便性以及增加储物功能和助行功能作为设计的重点，为老年人代步车提供了新的设计思路和设计方法，提供用户满意的设计产品。

Abstract： With the increasing of serious aging trend, the travel needs of the elderly have not been really paid attention to and solved. Based on investigating and analyzing user’s feeling to new design, this paper focuses on determining user’s demands by using Kano model. Finally, the scheme with a high degree of user satisfaction is determined. The key point of this design is to improve the portability, add the storage function and walking aids for the elderly. This could provide new design ideas and methods for the elderly scooter, and provides product which makes user satisfied.
