翻转课堂深入教学的实施策略研究——以艺术设计专业《思维训练》课程为例

摘 要:随着社会发展对人才需求的变化,课堂教学也处在学与教的方式变革和教育供给方式转型的阶段,因此对翻转课堂的深入思考可以更好的服务于课堂教学,达到更好的教学效果。利用“创造有意义的学习经历”理论、多维度的学习空间与混合学习理论、自主学习理论以及提高学生的自主权、建立课程动态调整机制、强调教学中的互动等原则分析了高效翻转课堂的教学的关键点与实现方法,并以《思维训练》课程为例,探析翻转课堂深入教学的理论依据与教学原则。得到更好的学与教的互动方式,该分析可为翻转课堂教学的实践提供参考。

Abstract:With the change of the demand for talents in the social development, classroom teaching is also in the stage of the change of teaching and teaching methods and the transformation of education supply methods. Therefore, the deep thinking of flipping classroom can better serve classroom teaching and achieve better teaching effect.The key points and implementation methods of efficient classroom teaching were analyzed by using the principles of creating meaningful learning experience, multi-dimensional learning space and mixed learning theory, autonomous learning theory, improving students’autonomy, establishing dynamic curriculum adjustment mechanism and emphasizing interaction in teaching. Taking the course of thinking training as an example, this paper explores the new paradigm of flipping classroom teaching.Better interaction between teaching and learning was achieved.The analysis can provide reference for the practice of flip classroom teaching.
