面向老年人的智能电视交互系统设计研究
摘 要：针对当前严峻的养老问题以及智能电视系统操作复杂、界面信息与层级繁多等交互体验不佳的问题，提出智能电视在家庭养老场景中的创新应用模式，并对智能电视系统的交互方式、交互界面等方面进行创新设计。通过对目标用户进行定性和定量研究，以用户需求为导向和实验测试的设计研究方法，构建老年人需求层级模型。综合应用认知误导性、认知负荷理论和格式塔原理等理论，给出了一套智能电视系统交互界面和硬件产品的创新设计方案。

Abstract：This paper puts forward the innovative application mode of smart TV under the family pension scenario and the innovative design of interactive interface of the smart TV system, aiming at the problem of home care and the complicated operation of the intelligent TV system and the poor interface experience and hierarchy. Through the qualitative and quantitative research of the target users, the demand-oriented and experimental test design research methods are used to construct the senior demand level model. Applying the theory of cognitive misleading, cognitive load theory and Gestalt principle, an innovative design scheme of interactive interface and hardware products of smart TV system is given.
