新材料在灯桩建设上的应用

摘 要:随着科学技术的创新和完善,我国建筑工程在市场竞争中取得了一定的优势地位,灯桩建设作为建筑工程中的重要组成部分得到了有效应用,灯桩按材料涉及的内容比较全面,主要包括钢筋混凝土、钢、砖石、超高分子量聚乙烯、工业用铝合金等材料。灯桩建设部门及技术人员要严格检测材料,根据灯桩建设的实际发展情况引进新材料,充分发挥材料的性能有利于提高灯桩建设的安全性和可靠性发展,为人们的生产生活提供了便利条件。本文从超高分子量聚乙烯和工业用铝合金为新材料,对灯桩建设流程进行了简要概述,并对新材料在灯桩建设中的具体应用和优势特征提出了可行性措施,为后期灯桩项目的质量检测奠定了基础条件。

Abstract:with the development of science and technology innovation and improvement of Construction Engineering in China has achieved a dominant position in the market competition, light pile construction is an important part in building engineering has been used by the materials involved, beacon content more comprehensive, including Aluminum Alloy materials such as steel, steel, reinforced concrete masonry, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene industry. The construction departments and technicians of lamp posts must strictly inspect materials, and introduce new materials according to the actual development of lamp post construction, and give full play to the performance of materials, so as to improve the safety and reliability development of lamp pile construction, and provide convenient conditions for people's production and life. This article from the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene and industrial Aluminum Alloy for new materials, gives a brief overview of light pile construction process, and the feasibility of measures proposed for specific applications and advantages of features in light pile construction in the new materials, the foundation conditions for quality detection of late light pile project.
