永磁同步电机最大转矩电流比控制的FPGA设计与实现

摘 要:本文提出了一种永磁同步电机最大转矩电流比控制FPGA的设计,以提高电磁转矩的响应速度、稳态特性以及减小磁链脉动,具有良好的动态特性。在数据的处理方面采用自定义的方式对小数运算进行处理,极大的提高系统的精度,同时也兼顾了系统性能的优化和资源的分配。验证了控制策略具有良好的动态响应、稳态特性、转矩脉动小,在全速范围内对永磁同步电机参数的变化具有较强的鲁棒性,是一种高性能的交流调速方式。

Abstract:In this paper, the design of a maximum torque current ratio control FPGA for PMSM is proposed to improve the response speed and steady-state characteristics of electromagnetic torque as well as to reduce the ripple of the flux linkage, which has good dynamic characteristics. In the data processing aspects of a custom way to deal with fractional computing, which greatly improves the system accuracy, but also take into account the optimization of system performance and resource allocation. It is verified that the control strategy has a good dynamic response, steady-state characteristics, small torque ripple and strong robustness to the change of parameters of PMSM at full speed. It is a high-performance AC speed regulation method.
