基于用户体验的合租场景共享烘干机优化设计研究
摘 要:为探究合租场景下共享烘干机的用户体验痛点,研究以唐纳德·诺曼用户体验三维理论为支撑,采用用户访谈、行为观测分析、用户需求转化等多维度调研方法,精准定位出烘干均匀性欠佳、操作流程烦琐、卫生管理无序、使用反馈缺失四大核心问题。研究结合“影响力—可行性”矩阵与HMW分析法,提出“指引、反馈、协同”三位一体的优化方案,具体涵盖双轴驱动机械结构改良、智能模式操作指引、运行进度实时提醒以及协同清洁管理机制。通过功能模块创新与交互界面设计优化,最终实现烘干效率提升40%、操作错误率降低60%的优化效果,以期为共享家电领域的用户体验升级提供系统性的参考方案与解决思路。

Abstract:To explore the user experience pain points of shared dryers in shared rental scenarios, this study is based on Donald Norman's three-dimensional theory of user experience and adopts multi-dimensional research methods such as user interviews, behavior observation analysis, and user demand transformation to accurately identify four core issues: poor drying uniformity, cumbersome operation procedures, disorderly hygiene management, and lack of usage feedback. The study combines the influence-feasibility matrix and HMW analysis method and proposes an integrated optimization solution of "guidance, feedback, and collaboration", which specifically covers the improvement of the dual-axis drive mechanical structure, intelligent mode operation guidance, real-time reminder of operation progress, and collaborative cleaning management mechanism. Through functional module innovation and interaction interface design optimization, the final optimization effect is achieved, including a 40% increase in drying efficiency and a 60% reduction in operation error rate, aiming to provide a systematic reference solution and solution ideas for the upgrade of user experience in the shared home appliance field.
