基于AHP-CRITIC-TOPSIS模型的早期AD干预App功能设计研究

摘 要:研究旨在提升早期阿尔茨海默病干预类移动应用的干预效果,为该类应用的功能优化与设计开发提供科学依据。研究通过文献分析、深度访谈与问卷调查相结合的方法,评估受试者的认知水平,调研多方需求并构建评价指标体系;随后采用层次分析法与基于指标相关性和冲突性的客观赋权法分别确定主客观权重,结合调整函数求解组合权重;最终运用逼近理想解排序法构建决策模型,设计三套方案并优选出最优解。结果表明,AHP-CRITIC-TOPSIS整合模型可精准筛选最优方案,为设计决策提供了可靠支撑。此外,主客观融合赋权方式优化了权重的科学性,有效提升了方案的针对性与干预实效。

Abstract:This study aims to improve the effectiveness of early Alzheimer's Disease intervention Apps and provide a scientific basis for their functional design. Through literature analysis, in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys, we evaluated the cognitive level of subjects, investigated demands of multiple stakeholders, and constructed an evaluation index system. The subjective and objective weights of indicators were determined via AHP and CRITIC methods respectively, and combined weights were calculated using an adjustment function. A decision-making model was established via TOPSIS, three functional schemes were designed, and the optimal scheme was screened out. Results indicate that the AHP-CRITIC-TOPSIS model can accurately identify the optimal scheme, provide reliable decision support for design, optimize the rationality of weight determination by integrating subjective and objective weighting, and effectively enhance the pertinence and intervention efficacy of the design scheme.
