服务设计理念下的骨科康复医疗App及小程序设计
摘 要：文章旨在解决我国骨科康复市场中传统居家康复存在的指导碎片化、追踪滞后、医患沟通不足等问题，以满足庞大骨科术后及慢性骨病患者的康复需求。基于此，研究依托实地调研与服务设计方法论，采用“App深度管理+小程序便捷交互”的双端架构，融合专业康复指导、智能实时纠偏等功能。该方案能够打通院内康复与居家康复的衔接通道，保障训练质量，提升患者治疗的依从性。结论表明，这一探索为骨科康复全流程闭环管理提供了可行路径，也为互联网医疗平衡专业性与体验性提供了实践参考。

Abstract：The article aims to address the problems existing in the traditional home-based rehabilitation in the orthopedic rehabilitation market in China, such as fragmented guidance, lagging tracking, and insufficient communication between doctors and patients. The goal is to meet the rehabilitation needs of a large number of patients after orthopedic surgery and those with chronic bone diseases. Based on this, the research relies on field research and service design methodologies, adopting a dual-end architecture of "deep management of the App + convenient interaction of the mini-program", integrating professional rehabilitation guidance, intelligent real-time correction, and other functions. This solution can effectively connect inpatient and home-based rehabilitation, ensure training quality, and enhance patients' treatment compliance. The conclusion indicates that this exploration provides a feasible path for the closed-loop management of the entire orthopedic rehabilitation process and offers practical references for balancing professionalism and experience in internet medical services.
