基于知识图谱的代际技术焦虑与适老化产品设计研究
摘 要:为破解老年人数字融入过程中的技术焦虑困境,推动适老化产品设计向系统化与精准化方向发展,文章将知识图谱技术引入代际技术焦虑研究领域。采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的混合方法,并辅以知乎、京东等平台网络语料的爬取,构建可计算、可推理的代际技术焦虑知识图谱,系统解析焦虑的多维结构和代际矛盾中的核心节点。基于图谱分析,提炼出感知可控性、主动透明性、包容性学习和容错性交互四项适老化设计原则,形成相应的设计策略矩阵,并以智能门锁为实践载体,完成全流程设计落地。文章构建了从代际技术焦虑现象分析到适老化方案生成的系统化路径,以期为老年群体数字鸿沟问题的解决提供理论依据与实践参考。

Abstract:To address the technological anxiety dilemma faced by the elderly during their digital integration process and promote the development of age-friendly product design towards systematization and precision, this article introduces knowledge graph technology into the field of intergenerational technological anxiety research. By adopting a mixed method combining questionnaire surveys and interviews, supplemented by crawling network corpus from platforms such as Zhihu and JD.com, a computable and inferable knowledge graph of intergenerational technological anxiety is constructed. This systematically analyzes the multidimensional structure of anxiety and the core nodes in intergenerational conflicts. Based on graph analysis, four age-friendly design principles are refined: perceptual controllability, active transparency, inclusive learning, and fault-tolerant interaction. A corresponding design strategy matrix is formed, and the entire design process is implemented using a smart door lock as a practical carrier. This article constructs a systematic path from the analysis of intergenerational technological anxiety phenomena to the generation of age-friendly solutions, aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for addressing the digital divide issue among the elderly population.
