多模态交互下的色觉障碍人群导航产品设计
摘 要:色觉障碍群体在使用依赖色彩编码的导航类产品时面临显著交互困境,直接影响其出行安全与使用效率。针对这一问题,文章聚焦于面向色觉障碍人群的导航产品设计,提出基于多模态交互的补偿性设计策略。首先,通过分析视觉障碍用户的生理特征和使用痛点,提出了“模态协同、用户适配、安全易用”设计策略。在此基础上,构建了涵盖视觉、听觉、触觉三通道的多模态交互体系。此外,文章引入跨模态语义编码系统,以确保不同感官通道所传递信息的一致性,从而有效缓解因颜色识别障碍而引发的信息误读问题。结果表明,该设计显著降低了用户操作失误率,提升了导航体验与使用安全性。

Abstract:People with color vision impairments face significant interaction challenges when using navigation products that rely on color coding, directly affecting their travel safety and usage efficiency. Addressing this issue, the article focuses on the design of navigation products for people with color vision impairments and proposes a compensatory design strategy based on multimodal interaction. Firstly, by analyzing the physiological characteristics and pain points of visually impaired users, a design strategy of "modal coordination, user adaptation, safety, and usability" is proposed. Based on this, a multimodal interaction system covering the three channels of vision, hearing, and touch is constructed. In addition, the article introduces a cross-modal semantic coding system to ensure the consistency of information transmitted through different sensory channels, thereby effectively alleviating the problem of information misreading caused by color recognition impairments. The results show that this design significantly reduces the user error rate, enhancing the navigation experience and usage safety.
