基于PAD-AHP-QFD的智能香薰产品设计研究
摘 要:随着悦己体验需求的增长与嗅觉经济的崛起,香薰产品愈发受到市场青睐。针对现有智能香薰产品存在清洁便捷性、互动体验及反馈清晰度等方面的问题,研究提出基于PAD-AHP-QFD集成模型的设计方法。具体而言,研究通过PAD情绪量表与半结构化访谈挖掘用户的核心需求,借助AHP法完成需求权重的计算与排序;最终结合QFD 法,将关键用户需求转化为产品功能要素,并通过权重排序与等级划分明确设计优化的方向。研究结果表明,基于该集成模型设计的智能香薰产品能有效满足用户的多维情感需求,验证了设计思路的可行性,以期为情感化智能家居产品的创新设计提供新的参考路径。

Abstract:With the growth of self-care experience demands and the rise of the olfactory economy, scented products have become increasingly favored by the market. In response to the shortcomings of existing intelligent scented products in terms of cleaning convenience, interactive experience, and feedback clarity, this study proposes a design method based on the PAD-AHP-QFD integrated model. Specifically, the study uses the PAD emotion scale and semi-structured interviews to explore the core needs of users, and employs the AHP method to calculate and rank the weights of the needs; finally, it combines the QFD method to convert the key user needs into product functional elements, and through weight ranking and grade division, clearly define the design optimization direction. The research results show that the intelligent scented products designed based on this integrated model can effectively meet the multi-dimensional emotional needs of users, verifying the feasibility of the design concept, and aiming to provide a new reference path for the innovative design of emotionalized smart home products.
