基于虚拟现实技术的老年上肢康复游戏设计
摘 要:针对老年群体在上肢数字康复中面临的双任务干扰与高技术负荷问题,文章探讨了虚拟现实技术在双任务康复游戏中的适老化应用路径,提出三大设计策略。在物理与感知层面,通过自然动作映射、固定坐姿与多模态反馈实现生理适配;在交互层面,构建动作即反馈的嵌入式机制与扁平化架构,以促进任务协同并有效调控认知负荷;在情感体验层面,引入无错化包容设计与去医疗化情境,实现心理赋能。基于上述策略,研究开发了一套多感官协同的适老化VR上肢康复系统。该系统有效缓解了老年用户的技术焦虑,并规避了跌倒等物理风险。研究旨在将被动的传统治疗转化为沉浸式的主动康复体验,为数字医疗产品提供兼具康复效用与交互包容性的适老化设计范式。

Abstract:Addressing the issues of dual-task interference and high technical load faced by elderly individuals in upper limb digital rehabilitation, this article explores the application path of virtual reality technology in dual-task rehabilitation games tailored for the elderly, proposing three major design strategies. At the physical and perceptual levels, physiological adaptation is achieved through natural motion mapping, fixed sitting posture, and multimodal feedback. At the interaction level, an embedded mechanism and flat architecture that integrates action and feedback are constructed to promote task coordination and effectively regulate cognitive load. At the emotional experience level, error-free inclusive design and a demedicalized context are introduced to empower the mind. Based on these strategies, a multi-sensory collaborative VR upper limb rehabilitation system tailored for the elderly has been developed. This system effectively alleviates the technical anxiety of elderly users and avoids physical risks such as falls. The research aims to transform passive traditional treatment into an immersive active rehabilitation experience, providing a design paradigm for digital medical products that combines rehabilitation effectiveness with interactive inclusivity.
