基于情境分析的厨房适老化交互设计研究

摘 要:在厨房智能化发展背景下,探究老年用户在厨房烹饪过程中由于老年用户特征产生的产品使用障碍。基于情境理论,提出4种老年烹饪情境类型,包括用户情境、任务情境、时间情境、环境情境,全面分析老年用户烹饪过程中的潜在问题。对老年用户访谈结果,通过KJ法对老年用户需求进行分类。结合适老化交互设计原则,从功能、交互、视觉和体验方面构建基于情境的厨房适老化交互设计策略。为厨房适老化交互设计提供了策略和方法参考,为老年群体提供更加自然、舒适的厨房烹饪体验。

Abstract:In the context of the development of kitchen intelligence, explore the product usage barriers caused by the characteristics of elderly users during the kitchen cooking process. Based on situational theory, four types of elderly cooking contexts are proposed, including user context, task context, time context, and environmental context, to comprehensively analyze the potential problems in the cooking process of elderly users. Classify the needs of elderly users using the KJ method based on the interview results. Based on the principles of aging friendly interactive design, construct a context based kitchen aging friendly interactive design strategy from the aspects of functionality, interaction, visual and experiential aspects. This provides a strategy and method reference for the aging friendly interactive design of the kitchen, and provides a more natural and comfortable kitchen cooking experience for the elderly population.
