基于AHP-FCE的花椒采摘机器人设计

摘 要:为解决花椒在采摘环节中采摘难度大、效率低下的问题,促进花椒产业进一步发展,设计研究一款花椒采摘机器人。文章将层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法(FCE)相结合,建立花椒采摘机器人的设计评价模型。首先通过文献研究和问卷调查的方式确定花椒采摘机器人层级指标并进行权重值计算,其次采用模糊综合评价法对设计方案进行评分,最后得到最佳方案并进一步完善,以期能够对花椒采摘机器人的设计提供新的方法参考。

Abstract:To solve the problem of difficulty and low efficiency in the picking process of Sichuan pepper, and promote the further development of the Sichuan pepper industry, a Sichuan pepper picking robot is designed and researched. The article combines Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) to establish a design evaluation model for Sichuan pepper picking robots. Firstly, the hierarchical indicators of the Sichuan pepper picking robot were determined through literature research and questionnaire survey, and the weight values were calculated. Secondly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to score the design scheme. Finally, the best scheme was obtained and further improved, in order to provide new methodological references for the design of the Sichuan pepper picking robot human.
