基于OBE理念的“服务设计”课程教学设计研究
摘 要：随着服务设计行业的快速发展，市场对于具备实际操作能力的服务设计人才的需求也在增加。文章基于OBE理念的“服务设计”课程进行教学设计，强调师生共研、共创、共评、共思的策略。通过明晰教学目标、深化学生参与度及聚焦学生能力达成度，进而提升教学满意度，实现课程重点内容和培养目标的精准性。同时，师生共同参与设计过程，以学生为中心的教育理念，鼓励教师通过 OBE 理念进行课程设计和教学实践。文章的研究结果有助于提升“服务设计”课程教学效果和学生学习体验，进而提高教育质量和培养更具竞争力的人才。

Abstract：With the rapid development of the service design industry, the demand for service design talents with practical operational capabilities is also increasing in the market. The article is based on the OBE concept to design teaching for the "Service Design" course, emphasizing the strategy of collaborative research, creation, evaluation, and thinking between teachers and students. By clarifying teaching objectives, deepening student participation, and focusing on achieving student abilities, teaching satisfaction can be improved, and the accuracy of course key content and training objectives can be achieved. At the same time, teachers and students jointly participate in the design process, with a student-centered educational philosophy that encourages teachers to use the OBE concept in course design and teaching practice. The research findings of the article contribute to improving the teaching effectiveness and student learning experience of the "Service Design" course, thereby improving the quality of education and cultivating more competitive talents.
