基于心流理论的社区公园景观设计研究
摘 要：在城市化进程由扩张增长向质量优化转型的当下，城市居民对社区公园的需求不仅仅是基本的休闲观赏功能，而是更深层次的精神体验和情感共鸣。鉴于此，研究以心理学中的心流理论为基础，对现今社区公园景观的现状问题进行探讨，分析了心流理论的要素，并将其与社区公园景观设计有机结合，提出了创新的设计思路及一系列设计策略，以期促进居民的心流体验，进一步丰富社区公园作为城市生活空间的内涵，且为设计师与研究者提供理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract：In the transition from expansion and growth to quality optimization in the urbanization process, urban residents' demand for community parks is not only a basic leisure and viewing function, but also a deeper spiritual experience and emotional resonance. In view of this, based on flow theory in psychology, this study discusses the current situation of community park landscape, analyzes the elements of flow theory, organically combines them with community park landscape design, and puts forward innovative design ideas and a series of design strategies in order to promote the flow experience of residents. Further enrich the connotation of community park as urban living space, and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for designers and researchers.
